Job summary

LEGO Education, part of the LEGO Group, seeks a visionary Vice President, Product Experience to lead the K–8 portfolio. You will align cross-functional teams—engineering, design, education impact, and sales—to shape a unified product strategy with growing digital and AI components.

You will drive end-to-end product development, balance priorities, and ensure organizational capabilities meet ambitious timelines while delivering measurable learning outcomes across global markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a leader of leaders and senior specialists.
• Strong track record of motivating teams through shifting priorities, tight deadlines and cross-functional work.
• P&L ownership and strong commercial judgement.
• Expertise in K–8 education product development, especially physical or blended experiences.
• Practical experience with emerging AI in education.
• Experience leading engineering teams or deep technical understanding.
• Experience in agile environments and matrix/helix structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Startup experience is a plus when collaborating across external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a long-term product strategy for the K–8 portfolio (5–7 years).
• Own P&L performance and guide investment decisions.
• Oversee end-to-end development of physical, digital, and hybrid learning experiences.
• Embed agile practices and drive responsible AI integration into products and workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and education partners to ensure adoption and impact.
