Job summary

Kamstrup seeks a visionary Vice President of Software & Analytics to define and drive the future of its software offerings within Water. You will lead a transformation, align strategy with customer needs, and deliver AI-enabled digital solutions across software, data, and analytics.

You will shape the organization, capabilities, and working practices to accelerate innovation and ensure value creation in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Fluent in English and Danish is important.

Qualifications

Extensive senior or executive leadership experience within software, digital platforms, or software-enabled products.
Proven track record leading complex business and technology transformations.
Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to translate needs into software/analytics solutions.
Deep expertise in modern software architectures, cloud technologies, data platforms, analytics, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the software & analytics strategy for Kamstrup’s Water business.
Lead a transformation toward AI-enabled solutions and new ways of working.
Translate customer needs into scalable digital solutions across software, data, and AI.
Shape organization, leadership capabilities, and working practices for faster execution.
Guide prioritization, investments, partnerships, and sourcing models.
