Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a VP Assistant & Event Coordinator based in Copenhagen to bring structure to calendars, travel, and leadership meetings. As VP Assistant & Event Coordinator, you will help the BA West Vice President and leadership team make the most of their time together. You will bring structure to calendars, priorities, travel and meetings, and plan leadership meetings, offsites and team events that connect colleagues across BA West countries. This is a varied role that combines day-to-day leadership support with event coordination. You will use sound judgement and flexibility to keep work moving and make sure people have what they need.
You will work closely with the BA West Vice President and the leadership team. BA West brings together leaders and teams across the regional office in Copenhagen and the BA West countries. Day to day, you will partner with country colleagues, fellow assistants, and the partners involved in events and the Copenhagen office. These relationships are how plans become reality: you will bring the right people together, keep priorities clear and follow through, so leaders and teams can move at pace.
You will be trusted to take ownership, make your voice heard and shape how the BA West leadership team and wider teams work and meet. Working with colleagues across countries and functions, you will build new skills and broaden your perspective, with opportunities to learn and develop on the job and through relevant learning offerings.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600.00 to 734,400.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
