Job Description Just imagine shaping visual content that guides builders through physical and digital LEGO® building experiences. Then make it real.
As our Visual Content Designer, you'll create and refine visual content for physical and digital LEGO® building instructions. During this 12-month maternity cover, you'll develop production-ready assets, maintain content libraries and help create a consistent design language across building experiences.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the Billund office. There is no relocation assistance for this role.
Create and redesign visual content that improves physical and digital LEGO building instructions. Produce ready-to-use assets, maintain libraries and create clear structures within content management systems. Maintain consistent art direction and quality across visual assets and building experiences. Create assets with scalability and future use in mind, making them easier for colleagues across disciplines to work with. Align and maintain the visual identity of our digital building instructions. If you’ve worked in a role where you created visual content for physical, digital or print products, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is thoughtful design, technical craft and considering how your work supports both builders and colleagues.
You’ll join the LEGO Building Experience Content team, where we create physical and digital building instructions for tomorrow’s builders. We work closely across disciplines with an agile mentality and a shared physical and digital design language. You’ll take ownership of your work while staying curious about its impact across the LEGO value chain. You’ll also feel comfortable presenting your design choices, welcoming different perspectives and working closely with colleagues to find the right solution.
You’ll help bring consistency and quality to visual assets while making content easier to create, maintain and use at scale. You’ll balance clear art direction with the practical needs of physical and digital building experiences. Along the way, you’ll join forces with Building Experience specialists, designers, app developers and other partners to create inspiring, connected experiences for LEGO builders.
