Job summary

Vitrolife Group is seeking a dedicated UX/UI Designer in Aarhus to shape intuitive experiences for our IVF-related product ecosystem. You will own the UX/UI within product development, collaborating with Product Management, Owners, and software teams to integrate user-centered solutions across complex workflows.

You will contribute to a unified UX across our products, build and extend design systems in Figma, and mentor peers through collaborative sessions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
• Experience across the UX/UI process from concepts, user flows, and prototypes to delivery assets.
• Experience with proven UX methods and translating insights into design decisions.
• Experience working in Figma using design systems, components, and patterns.
• Experience working closely with software development teams from concept through implementation.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered designs and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with professional English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive UX/UI activities within your product development project, from exploration to design and implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Product Owner in early refinement of features.
• Translate user needs and product requirements into flows, wireframes, prototypes and hi-fi UI designs.
• Develop understanding of users and workflows to inform and improve designs.
• Work with software developers to create solutions with strong UX within technical constraints.
• Develop design systems in Figma and ensure consistency across products.
• Facilitate design processes and collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to UX/UI practices.
