The role is part of the Experience & Engineering team based in Copenhagen, combining technical solution design with beautiful, engaging digital experiences for clients such as Bolia, Nilfisk, Danish Cancer Society, and Lufthansa Group.
What You’ll Do
- Support projects in the early Discovery Phases by conducting UX research tasks such as stakeholder interviews, usability tests, analytics reviews, and workshops.
- Take ownership of the projects and drive the process in collaboration with the client by immersing yourself into the client’s business objectives, setting a work strategy, and steering the project from A‑Z.
- Turn insights into recommendations, producing wireframes and working collaboratively with Digital Designers and Frontend Developers to bring your ideas to life.
What You’ll Bring
- Experienced UX Designer with proficiency in wireframing, usability testing, and prototyping.
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive and manage projects.
- Capability to gather and produce reports based on findings.
- Proficiency in wireframing tools such as Figma.
- Ability to create storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Experience working alongside designers and developers to realise designs.
- Competence in undertaking UX research tasks from usability testing to stakeholder interviews.
- Advanced proficiency in both Danish and English.
