Qualifications

• PhD in pharmaceutical/medical/physics/math/engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years post-PhD in pharma/biotech with translational science exposure.
• Strong PK/PD theory, modelling methods and translational science.
• Experience with mechanistic and/or hybrid modelling approaches.
• Experience with PK modelling software and data processing tools.
• Familiarity with AI platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead translational PK/PD screening strategy aligned with stakeholders.
• Design and interpret preclinical PK/PKPD studies.
• Build and simulate human PK/PD models using in-house data.
• Guide dose setting for toxicity studies and first-in-human design.
• Interact with regulatory authorities and contribute to docs.
• Maintain cutting-edge PK/PD competencies and innovate across R&D.
