Job summary

Scan Global Logistics is seeking an exceptional Transformation Analyst to join the Chief Transformation Office. You will become a trusted analytical partner to the Chief Transformation Officer, turning data into decisions and supporting execution across the transformation portfolio.

You will work closely with executive leadership and regional leaders to prioritize initiatives, challenge assumptions and accelerate value delivery, with visibility and development potential early in your career.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy or similar analytical field.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities.
• Experience with Power BI / Power Apps or other visualization tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear, fact-based view of the enterprise transformation portfolio with milestones and interdependencies.
• Integrate financial, operational and initiative data into concise insights for the Chief Transformation Officer and senior stakeholders.
• Build and challenge business cases, baselines, targets and benefit logic for major transformation initiatives.
• Track value delivery against plan and improve data quality, accountability and transparency.
• Support governance and operating cadence across the transformation agenda.
