Job summary

Nextt & Mason is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to take charge of a 70-person team, including team leaders. The role focuses on driving performance, change management, and strategic direction within our client’s growing operations.

You will partner with the Director of Supply Chain to plan distribution, optimize the route network, and implement KPIs. Strong communication, motivation, and hands-on leadership are essential to delivering transformation and sustained improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large team (70+ members) with ability to develop and coach leaders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities are essential.
• Proven track record in driving transformation and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Distribute planning with commercial mindset and align with sales and customers on deliveries.
• Possess or coordinate knowledge of fleet/drivers and route planning; experience is a plus.
• Report to the Director of Supply Chain and drive the transformation program.
• Develop performance management systems and KPIs to monitor progress.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead change projects to completion.
• Set direction, lead by example, and communicate the vision clearly.
