Job summary

Unity is seeking Trainee Wellhead Technicians to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. The role combines onshore workshop training with offshore deployments as you develop the skills to become a Wellhead Technician.

Candidates should be enthusiastic and have an interest in mechanics, with some basic mechanical knowledge. The programme includes survival, medicals and MIST, with a clear competency pathway and supportive mentorship.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and commitment to develop your skills through the training programme.
• An interest in mechanics and some basic mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom, workshop and offshore training to develop core Wellhead Technician skills.
• Spend time onshore in the workshop to gain experience before offshore work as part of development.
• Progression to Wellhead Technician within 12–18 months depending on skills and learning application.
• After offshore trips, return to the workshop for further training and development.

Position

Unity are looking for Trainees to join our team and develop to Wellhead Technicians with opportunities for further progression. As a Trainee Wellhead Technician, you will be required to spend time onshore in the workshop gaining experience and working offshore as a part of your development. This role is therefore suitable for candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance to the office - Madevej 37, 6700 Esbjerg, Denmark.
