Job summary

Blue Water Shipping is seeking an Application Specialist for the SEAL team (Sea, Air & Logistics). You will support and develop CargoWise-based transport management solutions, working with freight forwarders and IT colleagues to standardize processes globally.

The role focuses on configuring, testing and deploying new functionality, plus training and documentation to enable efficient operations across regions. Esbjerg is the primary location with flexible hybrid options.

Qualifications

Experience in Sea & Air freight forwarding.
Experience with transport management systems, especially CargoWise.
Knowledge of IT tools, systems and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd level support and maintenance of Sea & Air transport management solutions.
Support ongoing CargoWise implementation and optimization.
Configure, test and deploy new functionality within CargoWise.
Translate user requirements into system solutions and product improvements.
Support testing, implementation and rollout of new CargoWise releases.
Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
Support training activities and knowledge sharing with users.
Participate in sprint planning and ongoing improvements of our solutions.
Monitor solution performance and drive continuous improvements with stakeholders.
