• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
• 3–5 years in shipyard engineering, heavy lift, or project logistics.
• Proficient in cargo securing, lifting operations, and structural analysis.
• Experience with technical calculations and lifting plans; AutoCAD skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop technically sound, customer-focused logistics solutions.
• Analyse project requirements to determine optimal execution strategies.
• Prepare lifting plans and 2D/3D installation drawings.
• Create transport drawings, land and seafastening plans.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support during projects.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure project delivery.
