Your New Role

AsaTest Engineer, you willown the full lifecycle of design verification and shelf-life testing activitiesfor device and primary packaging development projects. Acting as a subject matter expert within testing and verification, you will work closely with project teams to ensure products meet defined requirementsunder defined and controlled test conditionsthrough robust, data-driven test strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the planning and execution of design verificationtestingand shelf-life studies across product development projects.

Authoring,developingand reviewing test protocols,analyzingtest data, and communicating conclusions to support DesignVerificationTest (DVT)and shelf-life studies, project decisions, and regulatory requirements.

Contributing to defining,managingand verifying requirements, while providingexpertiseon verification strategies and risk mitigation throughout the product development lifecycle.

Driving continuous improvements within testing methodologies, procedures, training, and ways of working across the department.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders to challenge existing approaches,identifysmarter solutions, and ensure efficient project execution.

In this role, you will havesignificantinfluence on how testing activities are designed and executed. You will combine technicalexpertisewith strong stakeholder management skills to ensure high-quality results while balancing project timelines, risks, and business needs.

Your New Department

You will join the Device Verification Development department within Device Development Innovation inHillerød. The departmentis responsible fordelivering exploratory testing, design verification testing, and quality control framework specifications across Novo Nordisk's device, primary packaging, and oral product portfolio.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you bring a strong technical foundation combined with experience leading testing and verification activities in complex development environments.

We are looking for candidates who have:

A degree in Engineering, such as Biomedical Engineering,Mechanical Engineeringor another relevant scientific or technical discipline.

Experience planning, coordinating, and reporting verification or testing activities within product development projects.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

Professionalproficiencyin written and spoken English.

The ability to collaborate across functions and navigate effectively between technical, quality, and business stakeholders.

It will be considered an advantage if you have experience within medical device development, design control processes, method validation, testing standards, or regulated environments such as GMP. Experience driving improvements, leading initiatives, and influencing stakeholders without formal authority will also be highly valued.

Position Level and Seniority

Based on this assessment, the successful candidate may be offered a position as Test Engineer, Advanced Test Engineer, Senior Test Engineer. The final title, job level, responsibilities, compensation, and placement within the applicable salary range will reflect the candidate’s qualifications, competencies, and relevant experience.

What We Offer

Salary:Based on the seniority assessment described above, the successful candidate may be offered a position at one of the following levels, with the correspondingannual base salary range:

• Test Engineer: 499,600–734,400 DKK

The finaltitle, job level, responsibilities, compensation,andplacement within theapplicablesalary range willreflectthe candidate’squalifications, competencies, and relevant experience.
