Job summary

DTU Engineering Technology's Sustainable Construction Processes section invites you to join the Tenure Track programme to advance research on how emerging technologies and sustainable practices transform construction.

You will lead the CEBE project, develop methods using BIM, digital twins, AI, supervise students, teach courses, and secure external funding, building an internationally recognized research profile.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CEBE research project leveraging digital technologies for regulating, formulating and executing sustainable construction projects.
• Develop research on how emerging technologies can improve effectiveness, efficiency and productivity in construction.
• Contribute to the section's research agenda on Construction Transformation and societal impact.
• Develop methods and tools using digital twins, BIM, AI, analytics, sensors, reality capture, simulation and related technologies.
• Contribute to research on project governance, performance, portfolio learning and evidence-based decision-making.
• Collaborate across the section's programs and secure external funding and partnerships.
• Teach and develop courses in construction management, digitalization, project management and sustainability.
• Supervise BEng, MSc and PhD students in interdisciplinary research projects.
• Disseminate research findings and engage with industry stakeholders and international groups.
