Temporary Concierge

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Temporary Concierge to join our team in Roskilde.

As a Temporary Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the overall appearance of the property.

This is a temporary position with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with luggage and other requests
• Provide information about the local area attractions and services
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent hospitality or tourism education is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written fluency in English is required knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Salary: The salary for this temporary position is $1600 per month.

Location

This job is based in Roskilde Denmark.
