Job summary

Nordea in Denmark seeks a skilled technical specialist to support the daily operation of our customer service. You will maintain Genesys technology and Power BI dashboards, work on projects, and ensure smooth communication of changes to advisors.

Join a fast-paced, collaborative team in Taastrup (Hermes Hus) with a hybrid working model. Fluency in Danish and English, plus strong IT skills, will help you thrive as we migrate to Genesys Cloud in 2027.

Qualifications

Experience with customer service technical systems; Genesys (Cloud) experience is a plus.
Experience with Power BI and data reporting.
Fluent in Danish with professional English skills.
Demonstrated work experience or relevant educational background.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and developing the functionality of Genesys technology and ensuring customer access to services.
Participation in various projects and ensuring quality and successful implementation.
Mapping and proactively communicating the impact of operational and technical changes to advisors.
