Job summary

Netlight is expanding its Recruitment & Growth team in Copenhagen. You will manage end-to-end tech-recruiting, engage in talent management and growth activities, and build relationships with stakeholders to support onboarding and long-term growth.

The role suits an ambitious, self-driven person who enjoys meeting new people, following tech market trends, and helping shape a leading IT consultancy in the heart of Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Soon-to-be graduate (2026/2027 winter) or graduate in 2026 summer.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in e.g. business development, management, sales, IT, engineering etc.
• Verbal and written fluency in Danish and English is a must
• Passion for recruitment, people and IT industry.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end tech-recruiting as core responsibility.
• Engage in talent management, business development, sales and growth strategies.
• Network, interview and manage stakeholders to onboard top candidates.
