Job summary

A real estate tech company is seeking a Team Leader for 3D Visualization. This role involves managing team quality and delivery while ensuring effective communication and monitoring performance. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree, have some leadership experience, and possess basic knowledge in 3Ds Max. Qualifications

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in leadership positions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Supervisor to manage team quality and delivery.
• Ensure quality control and communicate effectively.
• Monitor team performance and production flow.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the team with other groups.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions as needed.

Skills

Reporting Line Reports to Senior Supervisor (3D Visualization)

Key Responsibilities The Team Leader will support the Senior Supervisor to manage a team relating to quality and delivery of different products handled by the 3D team; taking charge of monitoring and ensuring the performance of staff as well as the alternative positions.

• Undertake work planning for the assigned team.
• Ensure the quality control and communication process are in place.
• Ensure the delivery time.
• Allocate qualified and relevant staff for an immediate mission or new production projects, support the implementation, and ensure the quality.
• Responsible for overall day‑to‑day coordination of the team with others.
• Monitor the production flow and performance of the assigned team as well as its individual members and take necessary corrective action.
• Other tasks as deemed necessary and assigned.

Job Requirements: Qualification:

• University/ College Degree in Architecture, Business Administrator or related fields.
• Good health can work under high pressure.
• Ability to work in shifts, Tet and Holiday to support production when required.

Experience:

• Has 6 months – 1 year of working experience in leadership positions. Welcome fresher with good mindset (or have little exp in 3D industry).
• Prior experience in a dynamic, international and evolving environment is preferred (Bonus 135% salary in night shift and 300% salary in holiday).

Skills:

• Basic knowledge in 3Ds Max or other 3D application tools.
• Good English skill both spoken and written (IELTS 5.0 equivalent).
• Working time: Willingness to work in shifts (6:30 am – 2:30 pm, 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm, 10:30 pm – 6:30 am), Monday – Saturday.
