Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Copenhagen/Brussels/Utrecht seeks a Supply Chain Systems Specialist Northern Europe to own and optimize End‑to‑End supply chain systems, provide daily support to supply chain, customer service and logistics teams, and drive system upgrades.

You will work with ERP/EDI, SAP BW/APO/S4HANA; require Excel, SQL, Power BI; English plus Dutch, Danish, or French; minimum 3 years of experience; you will collaborate across geographies and deliver analytics and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s /Master's degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and ERP/EDI.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL and Power BI is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• IT- and system-savvy with proven project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and spoken English, plus Dutch, Danish or French.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of supply chain systems across Northern Europe, translating business needs into effective system solutions.
• Provide daily support to supply chain, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure business continuity.
• Serve as the key liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and high end-user satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor EDI performance, driving connectivity and perfect order performance.
• Lead system upgrades and OTC-related changes and drive continuous improvement across SC and S&OP.
• Lead and deliver local and international supply chain system projects with milestone planning and resource coordination.
• Develop documentation and training materials and deliver onboarding on new systems and processes.
• Deliver supply chain analytics and insights to support decision-making and AI adoption.
