Job summary

Boozt is seeking a junior accountant to join its dynamic Accounting team in Copenhagen. You will book supplier invoices, track deliveries, and assist with finance-related emails in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and teamwork within a fast-paced setting. English fluency is required; Danish work rights are a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; work experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Fluent in English – Boozt corporate language.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and processing of supplier invoices related to inventory purchases
• Daily follow-up of deliveries against purchase orders and inventory systems
• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as handling finance-related emails
• Communication with suppliers regarding delivery status, discrepancies, and invoice matters
• Collaboration with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve delivery and invoice-related issues
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose improvements

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Bookkeeping and processing of supplier invoices related to inventory purchases
