Job summary

Navis Consulting is seeking an Offshore Operations Superintendent (Submarine Cable) for Denmark. This role focuses on supervising offshore subsea cable installation and repair operations, ensuring safety, asset integrity, and timely delivery.

You will coordinate vessel readiness, monitor progress, and report to the Project Marine Manager while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships. The position requires extensive offshore experience, Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years offshore operations experience.
• Experience in marine/subsea/cable installation.
• Knowledge of QHSE standards.
• Master Mariner or equivalent qualifications (Level 2).
• 10+ years offshore installation experience (Level 2).
• Seagoing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate offshore subsea cable installation and repair operations.
• Report daily operational progress and ensure adherence to work plans and safety standards.
• Act as the primary offshore interface with clients, vessel Master and subcontractors.
• Promote high HSE standards and ensure incident reporting is completed.
• Coordinate SIMOPS and liaise with Project Marine Manager for escalations.
