DESMI Danmark A/S is seeking a motivated student worker to gain hands-on experience in an international company. You will assist with a variety of operational tasks, learn how internal systems work, and gain exposure to day-to-day business operations.

Qualifications

• Be studying in a field such as Business Administration, Export and Technology Management, Communication, or a related field.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of operational tasks related to customers and internal processes.
• Handle structured and repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency, plus one-off challenges.
• Upload documents in portals and send documents to customers.
• Coordinate questionnaires and communicate with different parts of the organization to gather information.
• Keep track of activities and follow up on outstanding tasks.

We are looking for a motivated student worker to join our team. This is an opportunity to get practical experience with internal systems and day‑to‑day business operations.

What You Will Do

As a student worker, you will support a variety of operational tasks related to our customers and internal processes.
The work will be a mix of structured and repetitive tasks that need to be handled accurately and consistently, as well as one‑off tasks and challenges where you need to find your own way forward.

Your tasks will include:

• Sending documents to customers
• Uploading documents in portals
• Supporting and coordinating questionnaires
• Working with different internal systems and learning how they are used in practice
• Communicating with different parts of the organization to collect the information you need
• Supporting other operational tasks as they arise
• Keeping track of your activities and following up on outstanding tasks

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented and careful with your work

• Able to follow established processes and instructions accurately
