Join the LEGO® Licensing team as a Student Worker and help us drive packaging excellence across our global portfolio of licensed products. In this role, you will support the Licensing business by researching packaging trends, analyzing data from licensing partners, and identifying opportunities for innovation and sustainability. Your insights will help strengthen decision-making and contribute to creating high-quality consumer experiences that reflect the LEGO Brand.

Core Responsibilities
  • Research packaging trends, materials, and innovations across the licensing industry.
  • Monitor developments in sustainable packaging solutions, emerging technologies, and relevant legislation.
  • Benchmark packaging designs, structures, and sustainability initiatives across competitors and retail channels.
  • Consolidate and analyze packaging‑related data from licensing partners.
  • Generate actionable insights and identify trends to support strategic business decisions.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate findings in a clear and engaging way.
  • Support packaging reviews and contribute recommendations that enhance quality, sustainability, and consumer experience.
  • Maintain packaging databases and ensure data quality across reporting tools.

As a Student Worker, you will help transform market research and partner data into valuable insights that influence packaging strategies and strengthen collaboration with our licensing partners.

Do You Have What It Takes?
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sustainability, Packaging Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an interest in transforming data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent research skills and curiosity about consumer products, packaging innovation, and sustainability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly through presentations and written reports.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of packaging materials, circular economy principles, or life cycle assessment.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with market research, competitive benchmarking, or data analysis.
  • Nice to Have: Interest in licensed consumer products, retail, or the entertainment industry.
