Job summary

Danish Crown in Randers is seeking 2 Student Assistants for Strategy & M&A to apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges in one of Europe’s largest food producers. The role is based at Randers HQ and will be 2–3 days a week (15–20 hours), with exams respectfully accounted for.

You will support strategic projects, prepare materials for senior management, assist on M&A work and market research, and help improve PowerPoint visuals.

Qualifications

• Final-year bachelor or master's student in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in AI-tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic projects and support market- and business strategies.
• Prepare presentations and material for senior management and executive meetings.
• Engage in M&A transactions, market screening, benchmarking, and financial modelling.
