Job summary

Danish Crown A/S in Randers is seeking two Student Assistants to support the Strategy & M&A team, based at our Randers headquarters. The role is 2-3 days a week (15-20 hours) with flexibility around exam periods, helping with strategic projects, market analysis and M&A research.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic projects, supporting market and business strategies and operational improvements.
• Prepare presentations and materials for senior management and executive meetings.
• Engage in M&A transactions, market screening, benchmarking, financial modelling and management updates.
• Improve the visual quality of PowerPoint presentations and align data for reports.
• Collect, structure and analyse business data to generate actionable insights.

We are looking for 2 Student Assistants in our team - One primary for M&A and one primary for the Strategy team.

As a Student Assistant in the Strategy & M&A team at Danish Crown, you will actively contribute to advancing key transformation initiatives. Based at our modern head-quarters in Randers, you will work alongside dedicated professionals, gaining first-hand experience in corporate strategy development and execution as well as assisting on ongoing M&A projects and research.

The role is located at our Headquarter in Randers and is expected to be 2-3 days a week (15-20 hours) with respect for exam periods etc.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to key strategic projects, supporting market- and business strategies and operational improvement initiatives.
• Support the preparation of presentations and material for senior management and executive meetings
• Engage in M&A transactions, market screening, company benchmarking as well as financial modelling and management updates.
• Alignment and visual improvement of PowerPoint presentations
• Collect, structure and analyse business data to generate actionable insights.

Who are you?

You are currently completing the final year of your bachelor's degree or have recently started your master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.

You are intellectually curious, highly analytical and thrive when solving complex business challenges. You enjoy taking ownership, working independently and delivering high-quality output in a professional environment.

Experience from consulting, strategy, M&A or business development is an advantage, but not a requirement.
