Job summary

Terma Group in Denmark seeks a Student Worker in Security to gain hands-on experience across risk management, physical security and crisis management. You will support the department with data tasks, assessments and security administration while learning from experienced specialists.

Working about 15 hours per week, you will join a small team and collaborate across functions in an international organization, developing skills you can carry into future security careers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in risk management, security, and data analysis.
• Able to work independently after guidance.
• Structured, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collect and structure data related to Enterprise Risk Management.
• Support security risk assessments and prepare relevant information.
• Assist in planning and preparation of crisis management exercises.
• Handle administrative tasks related to security systems (access control, CCTV, burglar alarms).
• Assist with Travel Security and Physical Security admin tasks.
• Support background checks and Security Clearance processes.
• Support day-to-day security tasks and team coordination.
