Qualifications

• Final year of bachelor’s or early master’s in Business Admin, Law, or Social Sciences.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Proactive and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting due diligence: research and evaluate customers, partners and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Managing shared mailbox: overseeing and organizing the Compliance team's shared mailbox, ensuring prompt and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting manual and training updates: aiding the maintenance and revision of internal manuals and training materials.
• Ad hoc tasks: run and support on various projects and tasks as needed.
