Job summary

GN Audio is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to assist the Nordic Sales team with administrative tasks, CRM data management, and coordination of sales activities. You will help prepare samples, bids, and reports while handling inbound inquiries and supporting the regional sales process.

The role offers part-time hours (20–25 per week) aligned with studies, and a flexible hybrid work arrangement. Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Interest in sales and supporting colleagues across a range of tasks.
• Organised, detail oriented and able to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with CRM or database systems is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support sales colleagues with administration, data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
• Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system and prepare reports.
• Prepare, label, document, and distribute product samples to potential customers.
• Assist with preparation of bids and other sales documentation.
• Handle incoming leads, customer emails, and reseller inquiries.
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks and projects from the Head of Nordic Sales.
