Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Student Worker to join the EQ Project Management Team in Denmark. You will support the Head of Equipment Project Management with governance activities, prepare leadership materials, and maintain program dashboards during your internship in the offshore wind sector.

You will gain exposure to milestone tracking, risk and financial analysis, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence working across functions and cultures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Proactive, service-minded approach and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing agendas, presentation materials, and support for leadership, status review, and project meetings.
• Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing milestone, resource, risk, and financial information.
• Maintaining portfolio dashboards, KPIs, management reports, and action trackers.
• Following up on actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies with equipment project managers and key stakeholders.
• Supporting project governance, planning cycles, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinating communication and documentation across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and commercial functions.
