Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Student Worker to research packaging trends, analyze licensing data, and identify opportunities for sustainable innovation. You will help transform market data into actionable insights that influence packaging strategies and partner collaboration.

You'll join a global Licensing team, contribute to high‑quality consumer experiences, and develop dashboards and reports while honing analytical and communication skills in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sustainability, Packaging Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent research skills and curiosity about consumer products, packaging innovation, and sustainability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Research packaging trends, materials, and innovations across the licensing industry.
• Monitor developments in sustainable packaging solutions and relevant legislation.
• Benchmark packaging designs, structures, and sustainability initiatives across competitors and channels.
• Consolidate and analyze packaging data from licensing partners.
• Generate insights and identify trends to support strategic decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations communicating findings clearly.
• Support packaging reviews and contribute recommendations to enhance quality and sustainability.
• Maintain packaging databases and ensure data quality across reporting tools.
