Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Student Assistant to strengthen our packaging information foundation in Lyngby. You will help keep data records accurate, organized, and accessible for colleagues across the team.

You will maintain packaging documentation, build the knowledge base in SharePoint, and collaborate with packaging specialists to improve information quality and reusability while keeping documentation up to date around your studies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant higher education and motivated by structuring data and knowledge sharing.
• Strong track record of working with structured information and large datasets.
• Good working knowledge of Excel or similar data-management tools.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Interest in packaging materials, technical documentation, and knowledge management.
• Experience with SharePoint, document management, metadata, classification, or data cleaning is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain packaging data records with quality checks and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Collect, organize, and maintain technical packaging documentation and source materials.
• Track missing documentation and keep overview systems current.
• Develop and maintain the Global Packaging Innovation's packaging knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Collaborate with packaging specialists to improve information quality, accessibility, and reusability.
