Job summary

FOSS seeks a Student Help – Digital Learning Designer to help build training with AI while you study in Denmark. You will learn to create e-learning, video and webinars using AI tools and join our Service Knowledge Excellence team. The role is approximately 16 hours per week.

You’ll work with SMEs to define needs, storyboard, script, edit content, and release courses on our learning platform, gaining hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise and Camtasia.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program in Denmark.
• Comfort using AI tools to draft, script, create voiceovers, translate, and generate media.
• Interest in e-learning authoring and video tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia).
• Strong written English.

At FOSS, we’re accelerating our digital journey. As part of our Service Knowledge Excellence team, you will support our subject‑matter experts in producing e-learning, video, and webinar training for our customers and service organization. The role is approximately 16 hours per week.

What you will be doing

As a Digital Learning Designer, you will learn to use course creation and AI tools to help turn a training idea into finished e-learning, video, or webinar training that is consistent and of high quality. You will:

• Work with team members and subject‑matter experts to define training needs, target audiences, and learning objectives.
• Plan, storyboard, and script e-learning and video training, applying instructional‑design principles with guidance from the team.
• Edit video and animation content and prepare voiceover, subtitles, and translations using AI‑assisted tools.
• Build, test, and release e-learning courses and webinars on our learning platform and keep our internal and customer training catalog up to date.
• Agree on priorities and deadlines with your manager and follow up with subject‑matter experts on content input and reviews.
• Try out new AI and e-learning tools and share useful findings with the team.

You will collaborate with teams across the department, take part in team meetings, and contribute ideas on how training and documentation content can work together.

What we hope to see you bring

We’re looking for a creative, structured student with:

• Current enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program in Denmark, e.g., education, communication, media production, IT, or engineering.
• Comfort using AI tools in general, so you can draft, script, create voiceovers, translate, and generate images or video.
• Interest in e-learning authoring and video tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia) and basic graphic or animation software.
• Confidence with everyday IT tools.
• A strong eye for visual design, detail, and consistency.
• Strong written English.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience with a learning management system (LMS) or webinar platform.
• Experience with graphic design or animation.
• Additional languages, useful for subtitling and translation work.

You are self‑driven and comfortable working independently between check‑ins, keeping to agreed deadlines. You communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and adapt easily when priorities change.
