Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Student Business Development Consultant to support the internal business development and management consulting team. You will participate in the full project lifecycle—from data capture and analysis to creating decision‑making materials and executing initiatives—contributing to both short‑term tasks and longer‑term projects.

You will collaborate across departments, help build project plans, draft communications for stakeholders, and maintain the project

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1–2 years left to study.
• Strong interest in management consulting, project management and business development.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Structured, detail‑oriented, able to manage time between work and studies (15–20 hours/week).
• Excellent written and spoken English, and proficiency in creating professional slides and spreadsheets.
• Team player with interpersonal skills and a can‑do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of projects focused on business development and organizational growth.
• Capture and analyze data to build conclusions and recommendations.
• Assist in scoping and building project plans for effective delivery.
• Help execute project plans across departments ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Draft communications and presentations to update stakeholders and senior leadership on progress.
• Provide ongoing support to management on day‑to‑day strategic tasks.
• Maintain the overall project portfolio and track tasks and timelines.
