Job summary

Vattenfall invites a motivated Student Worker to join the Supply Management & Optimization team, supporting BI initiatives and the Power Platform to optimize supply chain processes in an international setting.

You will build dashboards in Power BI, automate processes with Power Automate, and collaborate across teams while gaining hands-on experience in digital transformation and renewable energy operations.

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
At least two years remaining in studies.
Basic knowledge of BI, reporting, data analytics, and data visualization.
Proficiency with MS Excel and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
Support automation of business processes using Power Automate.
Assist with Power Apps development and other MS Power Platform solutions.
Integrate and maintain data sources to strengthen reporting and analytics capabilities.
Analyze business data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of BI tools and digital solutions.
Document processes, workflows, methodologies, and best practices.
Prepare reports and presentations and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
