Job summary

Vattenfall GmbH in Kolding, Denmark, invites a motivated Student Worker to join the Supply Management & Optimization team. You will support BI initiatives using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to optimize supply chain processes and enable informed decisions.

You will gain hands-on experience with MS technologies in an international setting, working up to 15 hours weekly for at least 20 months, with flexible scheduling to fit your studies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Ideally have at least two years remaining in studies.
• Basic understanding of BI, reporting, data analytics, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams.
• Strong English writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support automation of business processes using Power Automate.
• Assist with Power Apps development and other Power Platform solutions.
• Integrate and maintain data sources to strengthen reporting and analytics.
• Analyze business data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of BI tools and solutions.
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations and communicate insights to stakeholders.
