Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Student Assistant to join the Merchandise Planning team within Global Merchandising & Supply Chain in Copenhagen. You will support planning for new product launches, maintain planning data, and deliver analytical insights to optimize product introductions across global markets.

Ideal candidates are current students in Business/ Economics/ Supply Chain with strong Excel skills, fluency in English, and an interest in retail analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field.
• Ideally have at least 1 year remaining of studies.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandise Planning team in day-to-day activities related to new product introductions (NPIs).
• Maintain and validate product, assortment, and planning data across systems and reports.
• Assist in preparing reports, analyses, and presentations to support business insights and decision-making.
• Coordinate inputs from global and regional stakeholders across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and other functions.
• Contribute to process documentation and planning guidelines and support continuous improvement efforts.
