Intelligent Systems A/S is seeking a student assistant to join our marketing team. You will help turn ideas into content through filming, editing, and publishing, with a focus on video and social media.
You may work on projects across LinkedIn, website content, and customer stories, collaborating with the team to explain complex technology in an engaging way. Flexible hours around your studies are offered.
Are you creative, do you have an eye for good content, and do you enjoy telling stories through video and social media?
We are looking for a student assistant to join our marketing team and help develop and produce content for our digital channels. You will become part of a small team, where you will have the opportunity to turn ideas into real content – from the initial concept and filming to editing and publishing.
Intelligent Systems develops software and solutions for companies working with automation, robotics, manufacturing, and intralogistics. Although Intelligent Systems is a relatively small company, we work with customers and projects across much of the world.
We help companies create smarter factories and warehouses by connecting their IT systems with production, warehousing, robots, and automation equipment. In short, we develop the software and technology that enable different systems, machines, and robots to work intelligently together.
Our solutions are used within areas such as Smart Factories and Smart Warehouses, where efficiency, reliability, and intelligent automation are essential.
As a student assistant, you are not expected to be an expert in technology. Your role will be to help us make complex problems, solutions, and technologies engaging, understandable, and interesting through great content.
Your tasks will mainly focus on video, social media, and digital communication. Depending on your interests and skills, you may work with:
For example, you may create content about new technologies, projects, and solutions, and tell the stories of the people who develop and work with our solutions.
There will also be opportunities to work with other marketing and communication tasks depending on your interests.
We imagine that you are currently studying a relevant higher education programme within areas such as communication, marketing, media, journalism, multimedia design, digital concept development, or a related field.
What matters most to us is that you:
If you already have experience with video editing, graphic design, or content production, that is of course an advantage – but you do not need to know everything from day one.
You may already have experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop, or Canva. The specific software you use is less important than your understanding of good content and your willingness to develop your skills.
If you have a portfolio, videos, social media content, or other examples of work you have produced, we would very much like to see them.
You will gain real hands-on experience with marketing and communication in a technology company working with some of the areas shaping the future of manufacturing and logistics.
Working hours: Approximately 10 hours per week. We plan your working hours flexibly around your studies, with the option to work fewer hours during exam periods and more during holidays. We hope you will stay with us for a longer period, allowing you to develop in the role and grow with the tasks.
