Job summary

Copenhagen Optimization is seeking a Marketing Student Assistant to join our Brand & Marketing team. You’ll work with senior marketers to turn plans into action across digital, events, content and campaigns.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in international B2B marketing while keeping a flexible schedule that fits your studies. This role offers growth and a chance to contribute across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Studying marketing, communications or business, with at least one year remaining.
• Structured, proactive, and able to take initiative.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.
• Curious, eager to learn, and curious about how marketing works in practice.
• Communicate confidently in English, written and spoken.
• Comfortable using digital tools and managing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain website content and event pages; keep information up to date.
• Support conferences and events globally, including registrations and materials.
• Assist campaign execution with content assets and landing pages.
• Keep calendars, pages, assets and plans organized; coordinate deliverables.
• Create or adapt simple marketing materials; use Canva or Figma is a plus.

About this opportunity

Marketing Student Assistant Are you studying marketing, communications or business and looking for a student job where you can build hands‑on marketing experience and see how it all comes together in practice? Weâre looking for a structured and proactive Marketing Student Assistant to join our Brand & Marketing team at Copenhagen Optimization. Youâll work alongside our Head of Marketing, Growth Marketing Manager and Content Strategist, helping us turn plans into action across digital, events, content and campaigns. Itâs a hands‑on role with plenty of variety and room to take on more responsibility as you grow.

What you’ll work on

• Website & digital: Update and maintain website content, event and campaign pages, and help keep everything accurate and up to date.
• Events: Support conferences and events around the world — from registrations and exhibitor portals to materials, print orders, attendee lists and deadlines.
• Content & campaigns: Support campaign execution by preparing content assets, landing pages, lists and other campaign elements.
• Marketing coordination: Keep calendars, project pages, assets and plans organized, coordinate smaller deliverables and follow-ups, and help make sure the practical details don't fall between the cracks.
• Creative support: Help adapt or create simple marketing materials and visuals. Experience with Canva, Figma or similar tools is a plus.

Who we’re looking for

• You are studying marketing, communications, business or a related field, ideally with at least one or two years of your studies remaining.
• You like creating structure, following things through and seeing a task go from idea to done.
• You’re dependable, attentive to detail and comfortable taking initiative.
• We donât expect you to know everything from day one — what matters is that you’re curious, eager to learn and interested in how marketing works in practice.
• Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
• Work in a structured way and keep track of tasks and deadlines.
• Take initiative and care about the quality of what you deliver.
• Are comfortable working with digital tools. We use HubSpot, Notion, Dropbox and LinkedIn, but you don't need to know them all already.
• Are interested in marketing and keen to learn across different disciplines.
