Job summary

JYSK is seeking a motivated Student Assistant to support the FP&A team. You will help with BI tool maintenance, ensure data accuracy, and provide budgeting support, gaining hands-on experience in financial data management and reporting.

You will work with the FP&A team on data analysis, budgeting processes, and BI reporting, while developing skills in financial planning and analytics. Flexible hours fit around your studies, with mentorship and growth opportunities at JYSK.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a relevant university program (2nd year Bachelor to 1st year Master).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or SAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data accuracy in BI analyses and troubleshooting.
• Assist in budgeting processes.
• Support BI issues within the organization.
• Develop and optimize BI reports (filters, structures).
• Maintain key figures and documentation.
• Maintain and develop BI hierarchies (e.g., site, profit center).

In this role, you will assist with BI tool maintenance, ensure data accuracy, and provide technical support for budgeting processes. You will work closely with the entire FP&A team, gaining hands-on experience in financial data management, analysis, report building, and budgeting.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in M365 suit (Excel, PPT, etc.).
• It is an advantage if you have experience with data visualization tools (e.g., SAC, Power BI).
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with financial concepts and data analysis techniques.
