Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Student Assistant for the Earned Owned team in the Nordic markets, based at our Nordic head office in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen. You will support influencer and PR activities, helping coordinate seedings, orders, and shipments while researching influencers and maintaining databases.

You will assist with press communications, newsletters for media, and PR reporting, and contribute to creative campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree with two years remaining.
• Strong Excel skills and effective planning abilities.
• Structured, hands-on approach and good stakeholder relations.
• English fluency; experience with influencer monitoring or PR is a plus.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop and InDesign is an advantage.

You will also assist with press communications, including updating Vocast with new launches and preparing newsletters for media. The position also involves supporting PR reporting and tracking performance metrics.Additionally, you will contribute to creative ideas for seedings, campaigns, and events, while assisting with the planning and coordination of PR activations and pop-ups.
