Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Copenhagen is seeking a motivated Student Assistant to support the Earned Owned PR and influencer activities across the Nordic markets. You will help coordinate seedings, handle product orders, and assist with press communications.

Work closely with a dynamic team from our Nordic head office at Carlsberg Byen, gaining hands-on experience in digital storytelling, media outreach, and performance reporting. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least two years remaining.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset for PR reporting.
• Excellent planning, communication and relation-building abilities.
• English fluency in writing and speaking.

The job

You will support the execution of influencer and PR activities across the Nordic markets, helping coordinate influencer and press seedings from planning recipient lists to managing product orders and shipments.

The role includes researching and identifying relevant influencers and maintaining updated influencer databases. You will also assist with press communications, including updating Vocast with new launches and preparing newsletters for media. The position also involves supporting PR reporting and tracking performance metrics.

Additionally, you will contribute to creative ideas for seedings, campaigns, and events, while assisting with the planning and coordination of PR activations and pop-ups. Finally, you will conduct ongoing trend scouting within beauty, social media, and influencer marketing to identify emerging opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate influencer and press seedings, including product orders and shipments.
• Research and maintain influencer databases and PR platforms.
• Support PR events, campaigns, reporting and creative initiatives.

Your Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree programme with at least two years of studies remaining
• Have professional Excel skills
• Effective planning and executive skills
• Effective, structured, and hands-on approach
• You have great communication skills and enjoy building strong relations to various stakeholders – external as well as internal
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop and InDesign are a clear advantage
• Experience with influencer monitoring, PR or similar.
• You speak and write English fluently

Energetic, collaborative, and open-minded, you are engaged in influencer marketing and eager to use data-informed decisions to drive PR results. You are proactive, structured, and independent, following up and following through with tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
