Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a motivated Student Assistant in Digitalization to support IT systems, documentation, and project coordination in a pharmaceutical development setting. You will gain hands-on experience with data analysis, automation and cross-functional collaboration, using Power BI, Excel, Python, SQL and related tools.

You will work closely with IT System Managers in a dynamic Global Manufacturing & Supply environment, helping with process descriptions, audit-readiness material, and

Qualifications

• Enrolment at university level, preferably within IT, engineering, data science, digitalization, business analytics or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• Interest in data analysis and visualization, for example Power BI, Excel or Power Query.
• Basic programming or automation skills such as Python, SQL or Power Automate are an advantage.
• Good written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT operations, documentation, and project coordination in a digitalization context.
• Support data collection, analysis and visualization using Excel, Power BI and Power Query.
• Assist with testing, user administration, and meeting preparation.
• Collaborate with IT System Managers and cross-functional teams in a pharmaceutical development environment.
