Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd is seeking an IT Professional in Digital Development to drive IT systems and digital solutions for CMC/API development. You will work with scientists, technicians, vendors, and IT stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain compliant systems supporting research and data management.

You will contribute to lifecycle management, automation, and governance, while collaborating across teams to deliver reliable, GMP-compliant laboratory IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, IT, computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with MS operating systems including Active Directory.
• Interest in IT systems, automation platforms and computerized laboratory equipment.
• Basic understanding of GMP, validation, qualification, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, patch management, backup, and recovery solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operation and maintenance of laboratory IT systems/solutions and automation platforms.
• Collaborate with scientists, laboratory technicians, vendors, and IT stakeholders to support delivery and integration of solutions.
• Assist in implementing cybersecurity, standardization, and governance requirements.
• Support lifecycle management activities, including patching, backups, system monitoring, and documentation.
• Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain stable and efficient system performance.
• Support implementation, qualification, and validation activities in compliance with GMP and quality requirements.
