Job summary

Muuto is seeking a Student Assistant to join our Compliance & Sustainability team, based at Muuto HQ, two days per week (16 hours). You will support ongoing initiatives and daily tasks within compliance and sustainability, reporting to the Compliance and Sustainability Manager.

You will gain hands-on experience with product data, certifications and carbon footprint calculations while helping ensure product compliance within Product Development.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university in a Bachelor's degree program related to the responsibilities above.
• Structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• High attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Independent with the ability to take responsibility and make decisions.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for own tasks and smaller projects.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Student Assistant - Compliance & Sustainability

Muuto is currently seeking a Student Assistant to join our Compliance & Sustainability team, with a start date as soon as possible. The position is based at Muuto HQ and is two days per week (16 hours). As a Student Assistant, you will become part of Muuto’s Compliance & Sustainability team and work closely with our Compliance and Sustainability Manager, supporting ongoing initiatives and daily tasks within the area.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collecting and validating product data
• Maintaining product data, test documentation, and certifications
• Structuring and managing large datasets
• Calculating product‑related carbon footprints
• Supporting the work of ensuring product compliance within Product Development
• Conducting research on specific compliance and sustainability topics
• Assisting with various ad hoc tasks within the team

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled in a local university in a Bachelor’s degree program (or higher) related to the responsibilities above
• Structured and solution‑oriented approach to work

• High level of independence with the ability to take responsibility and make decisions
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion
