Job summary

Norlys Energy Trading A/S is seeking a Student Assistant in Client Success to support onboarding, data handling and day-to-day operations within an energy trading environment.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain insight into how Client Success collaborates with Sales, Trading and Settlement across the business.

This role offers hands-on learning, structured tasks, and the chance to contribute to improvements in procedures while taking on increasing responsibility.

Are you a student who enjoys working with data, systems and structured processes? Join our Client Success team and gain hands‑on experience with client onboarding, operational tasks and cross‑functional collaboration in an energy trading environment.

About the role

As a Student Assistant in Client Success, you will support the team with client onboarding, data handling and operational tasks.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain insight into how Client Success collaborates with Sales, Trading, Settlement and other parts of Norlys Energy Trading.

Your primary responsibilities

Your tasks will reflect the work of our Client Success Managers, adapted to a student role.

You will gradually become familiar with our processes and support the team in areas such as:

• Importing and quality-assuring data sets, including metering and master data
• Supporting the setup of new clients in internal systems
• Following up on data and operational tasks
• Helping ensure processes are completed correctly and on time
• Collaborating with colleagues across Client Success, Sales, Trading and Settlement
• Contributing to improvements in procedures and ways of working

Who you are

You are comfortable working with details and like creating structure in your tasks. You take responsibility for your work, ask questions when something is unclear and enjoy collaborating with others.

You are curious about how a complex business works and motivated to build practical experience, and you are willing to take on responsibilities.

This role gives you the opportunity to get close to the day‑to‑day work in Client Success and learn how data, systems and different teams come together around our clients. You will have experienced colleagues around you, while gradually taking on more responsibility as you become familiar with the tasks.
