Job summary

Norlys Energy Trading is seeking a Student Assistant in Client Success to support onboarding, data handling and daily operations within our energy trading environment. You will work closely with seasoned colleagues and gain hands-on experience across Client Success, Sales, Trading and Settlement.

You will build practical experience by organizing data, helping set up new clients, and collaborating with teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Student position alongside studies and willingness to learn.
• Comfort with details and creating structure in tasks.
• Take responsibility for completing assigned tasks and ask questions when unclear.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client onboarding processes.
• Support data handling and quality assurance of datasets.
• Assist with setup of new clients in internal systems.
• Follow up on data and operational tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Trading and Settlement teams.
• Contribute to improvements in procedures and ways of working.
