Job summary

EG A/S invites applications for a Student Assistant in Product Management. You’ll help scale AI-powered tools, build and refine agents, and turn product data into insights, working within EG Digital Welfare across the welfare sector.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, UX designers and business analysts in offices in Aarhus, Ballerup, Odense and Aalborg, with flexible hours and possible remote work. Start as soon as possible; applications reviewed from 12 August.

Qualifications

• Technical mindset and interest in AI tooling.
• Strong prompter who can direct LLMs.
• Comfortable with GitHub and versioning.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal GitHub and Claude skills.
• Set up and refine agents for research, documentation and reporting.
• Turn product and customer data into analyses and visualizations.
• Set up evals to test agents and workflows.
• Train colleagues in AI tools and workflows.
• Spar with the team on new AI-based approaches.

If you're technical and comfortable with prompting, agents, and GitHub - and maybe even have a feel for product analytics and evals - then you might be our next Student Assistant in Product Management at EG!

As Part Of the Department

At EG Digital Welfare, we build software that solves real problems for citizens and employees across the welfare sector - spanning HSEQ, EdTech, self-service, and case management systems for the social and youth area. We work in a product‑led organization, and our customers are primarily Danish and Norwegian municipalities and regions.

You’ll join our Product Management team – Product Managers, UX designers and Business Analysts – spread across our offices in Aarhus, Ballerup, Odense and Aalborg. Your base will be one of these locations.

Your Tasks: Scaling AI‑Powered Tools

• Building and maintaining internal GitHub, AI tools and Claude skills that our team use day to day.
• Setting up and refining agents for tasks like research, documentation and reporting.
• Turning product and customer data into analyses, insights and visualizations.
• Setting up evals to test and improve the agents and workflows you build.
• Training colleagues in the AI tools and workflows you build.
• Being a sparring partner when the team wants to try a new AI‑based approach to a problem.

You Are the Ideal Candidate If

• Have a technical‑oriented mindset – and would rather solve a problem in Claude Code than grind through it by hand.
• Be a strong prompter who knows how to get an LLM to do exactly what’s needed and enjoys setting up and refining agents.
• Be comfortable working in GitHub, versioning etc.
• Speak and write Danish and English fluently.

It’s a plus if you also

• Have a feel for product analytics and evals.
