Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Student Worker in Data, Analytics & Enabling Capabilities to help build data-driven insights into how consumers interact with LEGO digital experiences. You will work within the DCE Data Enablement team to create scalable dbt pipelines and dashboards on Databricks.

You will learn from experienced data professionals, collaborating with Digital Product Teams and our central Data Office, while exploring AI-enabled analytics to enhance our consumer understanding and improve

Qualifications

• Masters in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or Data Management.
• Interest in software development, product analytics or agile methods.
• Experience with data visualizations and dashboards is a plus.
• Curiosity about applying AI to analytics and data pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable dbt data pipelines to provide reliable, analysis-ready data.
• Build dashboards in Databricks to help stakeholders understand performance of experiences and campaigns.
• Explore AI capabilities like Databricks Genie and translate insights into solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Enablement teams to make outputs reusable across the business.
• Grow analytics engineering craft through code reviews and pairing.
