Job summary

EG Digital Welfare is seeking a Student Assistant in Product Management to help build AI-powered tooling and workflows. You’ll work with colleagues to set up agents, refine Claude skills, and transform product data into actionable insights.

A strong prompting capability and GitHub familiarity are essential, along with fluency in Danish and English. We value curiosity, technical thinking, and the ability to explore new AI-based approaches.

Qualifications

• Curious and technical-minded candidate with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong prompting skills and ability to guide an LLM to precise outcomes.
• Comfortable working in GitHub and versioning workflows.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal GitHub and AI tools including Claude skills used by the team.
• Set up and refine agents for research, documentation, and reporting tasks.
• Translate product and customer data into analyses, insights, and visualizations.
• Establish evals to test and improve agents and workflows.
• Train colleagues on AI tools and workflows and act as sparring partner for new approaches.
