Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH in Denmark is seeking a Digital Data Assistant to join the Digital Channels team within Group Communications and Brand. This hands-on student role focuses on turning data into insights, building Power BI reports, and exploring AI to enhance reporting and automation.

The position offers learning opportunities in Databricks and cross-functional collaboration. Based in Soeborg near Copenhagen, you will work 15 hours per week starting October 1, 2026, supporting data collection,

Qualifications

Currently studying in a field with analytical thinking.
Experience with Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Databricks.
Python experience for data, automation, or AI tasks; SQL knowledge a plus.
Strong written and spoken English; Danish not required.
Attention to detail and ability to explain findings clearly.

Responsibilities

Collect, structure, analyze, and visualize data from digital platforms.
Build and improve Power BI reports for clearer performance data.
Explore AI use cases for analysis, classification, summarization, automation, and knowledge discovery.
Turn data into insights to help evaluate campaigns and digital channel performance.
Suggest improvements for reporting processes and data quality.
